Have you ever begun something new that simply isn’t easy for you? Girls, let me tell you that I am simply not comfortable with writing out loud. Let me get on the phone and I can talk up a storm, but somehow transitioning that to print just makes me freeze like a deer in headlights. Can you relate? But blogging is such an inviting world that I am ready to jump into the deep end!
This is the time of year that all the little creatures are crawling outside and sometimes even in my home! Ants may be darling on picnic table prints, but they are not invited guests to my real-life picnic or dinner table. Do you know what I mean?
This time of year I am reminded (by an ant’s presence) that if I am not on top of preventing their arrival in my home, they will settle in for a permanent visit. I’ve learned to prevent our friends (the ant’s) arrival, by using a product such as TERRO, which was recommended by our pest control friends. When our little friends decide to intrude into our home space, it can be an unpleasant thing. (Event though all these efficient creatures want is to find a food source).
By placing the TERRO out it becomes a delightful food source for the colony. With Borax being the key ingredient these little friends exit for good!
What are the unwelcome guests in your home this time of year? How do you handle their arrival and presence?
